I also had a disappointing experience today. Register people are so rude.
I ordered 2 clean cut T-shirts online and I went there for the exchange. When I explain to floor people she brought new sizes of the same items and she said you might need to return completely and purchase again. I was okay with that but when I was trying to explain in the register she almost not listened to me and she yelled at me like āslow down!ā You didnāt even listen to me! And I was really kind to her and I said āHiiā and smiled but she was rude from beginning to end.
I was trying to explain that I purchase with the gift card and if it will be okay to make refund to the gift card or not? Thatās it!
After all of this another girl came ( Iām guessing store manager ) and she was so kind and said she can give store credit and I can do the exchange right away.
If itās that easy why this rudeness necessary?? They need to slow down and listen to customers and they need to treat their customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy fiancĆ© and i were followed around it was an uncomfortable shopping experience two of the employees at this location were taking turns to follow us around. We were mortify that in 2020 black people are still being followed around while shopping. Also we specifically went to the 5th avenue store because we notice all the multiple times weāve been to the soho one we were followed around as well. I love cos clearly we kept giving it another chance because we are not ones to make everything about race even though it was obvious and since i never experienced that at the world trade center store i was willing to give it another try but two stores following us around every time was the last straw. I canāt spend my money where i have to be uncomfortable because i am black. Such a shame when you look at the overall ethos...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey need to up their customer service game in a serious way and understand during the lunch hour period that sometimes the people on line actually have to get back to their place of work, but it might be nice to get some shopping in beforehand. The line to pay was not even that long, but it was moving at a snails pace, due in part to the cashier, but also in large part to a number of customers who seemed to believe that the time of others on the line was theirs to spend. There was no call for backup to move the line along either. When it was finally my turn to pay, the cashier acts dismissively towards me, even though my transaction takes less than a minute. Only then did an additional cashier arrive. This is what makes people just want to shop online. The in-person experience...
