George and John were absolutely incredible to work with even through such a challenging time. George is amiable and endlessly helpful. There was zero pressure when we first contacted them. He was purely there to help. He guided us in all the best directions to ensure we got everything we needed; including telling us about options for great cemeteries. It was a sudden loss, and we use dark humor to push through hard times. George met us there; he’ll never know how much he helped us keep it together and keep things moving along. John is very helpful as well, with a calm that a hostage negotiator could only hope to have. His presence and guidance were both calming and comforting as he gathered pallbearers and led the way to the cemetery. He handled and coordinated our group and the priest effortlessly. During the viewing, we were given so much space but staff was in the office all the while, ready to assist when we needed them. Wish I can give 0 stars. You ever felt like you’ve been to a funeral and it felt rushed? Well I felt that way. Not too happy. People need time to mourn. The only time we received that was after the Hearst left in the grave yard. They even rushed us before they left. We stayed.
