You can reach out to consumer affairs and the attorney general and no one will help you. The district manager will not call you. Supreme Court wants $200 to help you. Destiny will make sure that she puts you in your place. You can rest assured.Ā How she was re -hired as the general manager as she claims is mind boggling.
Supposedly Thana does not work here anymore. That is so depressing. You can go to public storage, you can go anywhere else, or better yet, just throw your things away.Ā You will not get proper service here. You will be robbed and your things discarded. That is a promise.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreRented a storage unit, no problem.. reserved the moving van for the next day at 9 am, no problemā¦went next day to pick up van, big problem. Staff on duty did not find any signs of reservation and stated that van was in a different location. Staff stated that there was nothing he can do and i would have to wait until the other staff member gets there but that he canāt do anything about it either so it was irrelevant. He began getting an attitude when questioned about the process, he got very disrespectful and started yelling.. And kept saying the conversation was irrelevant. I donāt think he knew the meaning of the word. The discussion was about the issue and inconvenience caused and I was calm about the situation. After telling him that if he didnāt calm down I was going to meet him at his level, he stated I was lucky he didnāt speak to me worse.. I told him if he did I would report him. he said all I can do is wait for coworker to get there at 10:30am (which I told him I understand that n know it wasnāt his fault)and see what can be done and if anything he will pick up the van from other location. I agreed to it. But he was still speaking to me very rudely. he stated that he will give me a call at that time.. Itās 8:47 pm.. they never called. Ended renting a UHAUL truck. Thank you cubesmart for you professionalism. Once month is over since it was already charged and paid for, will remove my items and go somewhere elseā¦unruly costumer service ruins overall facility, no matter how clean...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm extremely disappointed. I was excited about the free truck rental until I learnt no commercial vehicles on the highway. I stay a distance away and within the fine print there is a certain time period and than a charge of $100 plus a hour. For the truck ,you have to have your own movers to move quickly but the time is limited to create a charge , so not Free. The staff on certain shifts are unprofessional in regards to answering the office phone to address customer concerns. I called numerous times on different days to get one question answered and I had to call the customer service number to get in contact with this location with no resolution. I eventually had to leave a message to finally get a call back days later. On my move out, I found rodent feces in my belongings and traps along with pistachios shells within my unit that I did not leave which would cause the rodent infestation. I end up throwing some things out because of the feces contamination. I wasn't notified of this issue within my unit at all. Than to make matters worse my unit increased in price from $109 to $125 for a 5Ć10unit. I gladly moved my things out and found a different storage provider to assist me better for a lower price and better...
