AVOID AT ALL COST! This company is the most unprofessional and aggressively rude lab I have ever dealt with. I paid over $300 for a legal paternity test I needed for court and they promised the results in 5-7 business days. It’s now past that time frame and they have no idea when they will have the results. Upon calling them I had two employees be outright disrespectful. Yelling over the phone, cutting me off, inappropriately laughing, ignoring questions, and trying to tell me false information while aggressively arguing over me. Truly have no idea how this company is in business. I should have checked reviews before I used them. If I could personally speak to the CEO of this company I would. Louis C has to be the most amazing person I have had the pleasure to be client of for the past 3 years. He answers every question I have and never leaves me in limbo. From the first time I called and spoke to him I only ask for him. He provides me with understandable knowledge, a seamless experience, and most importantly, a realistic interaction. It is one thing to get help from a representative but it is another thing to really get that assistance from a human being who treats me as one and isn't trying to get over on me and my business. They provide no details on time constraints for sample collection. I paid $75 (which is apparently non-refundable, that's news to me and not stated anywhere in the payment process), showed up to my location, and the very kind receptionist informed me I was too late and the cut off time was 30 minutes prior to me showing up. My time is very limited and this completely ruined my plans. The gentleman who answered the phone when I called to ask for a refund smugly claimed they had another location "just down the street that's open until 5."
