Not sure what time this place closes, but I came in around 2:40 p.m. and there were no pastries left. The shop looked like it wasn't even operating. Customer service was just as disappointing. The man behind the counter was talking with another person when I walked in. They both looked at me but said nothing no greeting, no acknowledgment. Even when I looked back at the empty pastry display, the staff member still didn't say a word. Honestly, not being greeted as a customer feels worse than the store looking closed and the floor being dirty. I came in ready to spend money, but instead I left feeling completely ignored. In the picture I took you can see the man standing there that the barista was talking to. Just straight up horrible customer service

Looking to brighten up your morning with a warm cup of coffee and something sweet? Kofee on Third Ave in the Bronx has you covered. This dog-friendly café serves up not only smooth flavorful coffee but also an impressive selection of pastries. The croissants and danishes are perfectly crispy and flaky, baked fresh and full of buttery layers that practically melt in your mouth. Check out their iced vanilla lavender latte for an amazingly new flavor. Whether you’re stopping in with your pup, grabbing a quick latte to go, or lingering over a pastry at a cozy table, Kofee makes mornings feel a little more special.

I am so excited that Kofee has opened in the Bronx on street level in front of the Maven in Mott Haven. The staff is very personable and paid particular attention to specific instructions for my orders especially regarding the beverages. I have visited four times this week trying new pastries and beverages each time. It’s hard to rank since I’ve loved everything so far. But if I have to…my favorite beverage is their Iced Chai, favorite sweet croissant is Pistachio Deluxe, favorite savory croissant is the Ham & Cheese, favorite Danish is Artichoke, Spinach & Ricotta. Each of these pastries are so rich and seemed bigger than other places so I only each half at a time. My husband is a purist so prefers the Pain du Chocolate, hot Mocha, and...
