This place deserves no stars. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE. EVER. the items never shipped, they never answer emails or phone calls. The business hours are not accurate. As someone from The Bronx who likes supporting small businesses, don’t support this one. I’ve request That paypal remove them as a partner business since this runs like an illegitimate business. It’s disappointing and overall infuriating to deal with a business that clearly does not know how to run as one. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS.

Update as of October 26th, 2024. On October 24th I received an email from someone named Sophia who seems to work at Bronx Native. Who requested me to remove my Google Review as it hurts their small business.

Small business or not, the service was not met and contacting almost a year after an unfulfilled order is highly inappropriate. Again, do not order from Bronx Native and disregard their social media appearance because it’s all for show about their “entrepreneurial spirit” when really it’s a façade to cover up their poor...

Do not order online from these people, go to the store instead. Ordered an item as a birthday gift for someone on October 13, 2020. The person’s birthday was Nov 5 so I thought I had plenty of time to receive it, pandemic and all. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing about the status of my order. I have to constantly reach out to them to figure out what’s going and kept being told “it’ll ship out shortly” to “there’s a delay” or “we’re out of stock.” It took over TWO MONTHS to get my order. When the order finally came (dec 15) there wasn’t even an order slip in the bag, a coupon, an “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” card, NOTHING. Horrible customer service and I don’t think I’d go through the headache of ordering from them again. I had to ask multiple times for a refund just to finally get a notification that my order shipped but even that was a lie what they really meant was that they just printed a label and it hadn’t been shipped yet. Horrible wait time. Horrible response time. Subpar...

I love the concept about this brand but unfortunately their online shop is a joke. I placed my order 3 weeks ago on 2/26/20, it is now 3/19/2020 and I've yet to receive any kind of update. I've reached out multiple times on their IG account and kept getting the run around that they were looking into my order and then eventually was given a cell phone number to text. I still keep texting and just keep getting the same answer that they are going to look into my order once they close up shop. But they've been saying that for 2 weeks. it's just frustrating that the money was taken immediately but I've gotten no update on my order. I was really excited when I made my purchase because I live in Miami now and I wanted to be able to show off my Bronx pride but haven't been able to as of yet. Please I just want...
