This is my first time going to this restaurant. I had it on my list to visit. The restaurant is not that big, but its well decorated and plenty space to move around. there is street parking and very accessible for a wheelchair user like me. The menu has great options and they have Happy hour. Let me start with the drinks. Been happy hour they are not weak and a great price. Our waitress Joanna was amazing. The restaurant got busy and between her and the bartender were able to handle all the tables with no delays. Food came in a good time and not cold. My friend had bandeja a lo pobre but they give u a lot of food with it. I Had a causa with beef very tasty and filling. My other friend had arroz chaufa with seafood. It was also rasty and a good portion. We shared guacamole with tostones ; but they only give 4 tostones. Maybe they need to add 2 more to share lmaoo. the Guacamole was really good and fresh. The havanero wings were excellent and tasty plus plenty of french fries to go with it. So for a faily new place. they need to keep it working great and not change anything. Also the bathroom is very accessible for every one.. And Joanna u 1000 %...

I came with a friend for a late Sunday brunch and the food & drinks did not disappoint. I ordered a classic pisco sour and it was super refreshing, especially for a warm day. We started with a pastelitos sampler (plantain & cheese, plantain & beef, beef, and chicken). For one person 4 pastelitos would be a lot, but splitting them with two was an awesome choice. We loved all four, but our favorites were beef & cheese, and the chicken. If you're thinking on doing the sampler with a group, do yourselves a favor and each split each pastelito. You don't want to miss out on any of the flavors!
My friend ordered ceviche and was really excited about it (I'm not a fish eater). I had the pabellon and was blown away. The portion sizes are more than generous. I suspect a pair of light eaters could split something like the pabellon and both go home quite happy (especially if they started with a pastelito). We hadn't planned on doing dessert (and I hadn't planned on getting a second pisco sour) but we had to with how good the food. The tres leches cake was fantastic and, again, a perfect size...

The food is some of the best Peruvian food I've had: very generous portions, really good prices, a huge diversity of food on your plate, and everything is delicious! I got a platter of various meats, with plantains, rice, black beans and avocado. The meats were marinated, tender, well-seasoned and just so, so good. The maduros (plantains) were juicy and more succulent than some of the meat; the black beans were soft and flavorful. Even the rice was great: not too starchy or sticky. If anything, the worst thing on the plate was the avocados because they weren't seasoned and couldn't compete with all the good food!
I also had a happy hour margarita which was also very good, not like the slushies that you might find at other places.
The service was polite and quick: I felt like really taken care of, and my waitress came back several times to make sure I had enough water and napkins, and wasn't left hungry.
I will definitely be coming back here again: the food really is worth...
