I am deeply disappointed and upset by the treatment my mother received at this medical office. Despite having a scheduled appointment, she was rudely treated and her appointment was rescheduled. When she attempted to record her presence as evidence of her attendance, the staff and doctor became hostile and forbade her from recording. Shockingly, the situation escalated to the point where the doctor physically assaulted her, slapping the phone out of her hand and causing her harm. It is completely unacceptable for anyone, especially a medical professional, to behave in such a manner. My mother went to seek medical care and instead, she was met with aggression and violence.
