Dr Li OBGYN stole my blood on 1/3/2024 after lying to me about preforming testing that I requested be done. Months later when I asked for the results of those tests he told me that he never sent in the test because I had those tests done 6 months prior- ignoring the reason I requested the testing and also lying to me about doing the testing and taking my blood for no reason and dangerously making me believe I had safe test results that weren’t ever done. He also gas lit me telling me that im not taking care of myself because I went on a trip instead of getting the results first and also told me that he wanted to refuse reinserting a new IUD because I was under the age of 35 and never had a baby and told me that “an IUD violates the uterus and it won’t be a virgin anymore” basically denying me birth control that has been problem free and successful for me for 8 years. I have never been so disrespected, judged and put in danger by any other doctor. Dr. Cassian K. Li at Ezra OBGYN is a dangerous, lying, judgmental and out dated doctor. After this situation I saw another (wonderful) OBGYN at Ezra and of course I assumed would be covered by insurance- got a CRAZY bill a month later and apparently EZRA lied to me about this new doctor accepting my insurance, I believe they were mad I called them out on malpractice/ stealing my blood and lying about giving me requested testing and purposefully wanted to make me pay. There are some good doctors here but I will never trust them again and I don’t recommend anyone wait till something bad happens to them as it can literally be life...

Avoid this Dentist's Office at all costs! The service is absolutely terrible!

I just needed a simple fix for a broken filling, but the experience was a nightmare. The staff is completely clueless.

Before I came here, I had visited another dentist, so I knew exactly what needed to be done. The dentist didn’t even notice I needed two fillings, despite having my X-rays right in front of her. When I asked how she missed it, her response was that she was "very busy." That has to be one of the most unprofessional answers I’ve ever heard!

To make things worse, she administered anesthesia incorrectly, and I think my lips were twisted. This has never happened to me before, and I've seen plenty of dentists.

And the worst part? She didn’t even remove the broken filling. Instead, she just added material on top of it! How can someone be so careless?

Once the anesthesia wore off, I could feel the filling cutting into my tongue. I honestly think this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced, from start to finish.

Do yourself a favor—never go...

Just would like to give a big thank you to Krissy who answered my phone call when i called a couple of weeks ago, she was very polite! And understanding to my situation i am an Audrey patient and my granddaughter needed to be seen right away because she was having a lot of pain... unfortunately Audrey wasn’t available and i didn’t want to wait until Thursday she made a suggestion about me seeing Dr pister. I wasn’t to thrilled about The idea but she said she can make the appointment with Dr. Pister now and give me an appointment with Audrey on Thursday since I called on a Tuesday and Audrey was gone for the night also doesn’t work on Wednesdays! My daughter called me and said she loved dr pister and how she was very caring and understanding and helped my granddaughter.. so again thank you...
