Doyle & Doyle is the gem of gems! My husband and I couldn’t afford the perfect ring when we first got married. We have been looking for a vintage piece for five years and were nervous to buy a ring sight unseen. However, once we found Doyle & Doyle, we not only found the perfect engagement ring, the process was so smooth and delightful. We had a lot of questions and asked for a lot of pictures and Nikki responded to us quickly and kindly every time. The secure payment process, getting the appraisal, getting my ring sized and engraved was quick and easy! They shipped the ring overnight and it arrived in the most beautiful velvet blue ring box. I cried when I saw it, as it was even more beautiful in person. It means so much to have an heirloom piece, with such history and an incredible unique old European diamond. I am so glad we found Doyle & Doyle and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a one of a kind jewel and the kindest people in the industry to help with the purchase every step of the way. We could not be more pleased with our...
Read moreI have been a customer of Doyle & Doyle's for over ten years. I found them while searching everywhere for an antique engagement ring for my now wife. The selection they had was unparalleled and their tastes in selecting the fine pieces they carry was a perfect match for me. Needless to say, my wife loved the Edwardian engagement ring I purchased.
Over the years, I have found myself going back to their shop and more often than not their website, to purchase gifts for family and loved ones. I have often purchased items based solely on the images & description on the website because I trust that they are accurately described. They also have top notch people working there who will always answer any questions or concerns, quickly and with a great attitude.
Give them a look next time you have a mother's/sister's/wife's birthday to shop for - they have such a wide range of styles and prices for many...
Read moreBought a beautiful lapis lazuli engagement ring new from Doyle and Doyle 2 years ago. I just noticed that the stone has broken in half. When I called to ask about getting it replaced, they said that they’d be happy to replace it because they stand by their work, but that they’d charge us for the new stone. ??? If you stand by your work, why would you charge us for the new stone? We trusted D&D when they affirmed that the ring would work as an engagement ring—as in, worn everyday. And they said nothing about fragility issues when we selected the piece of lapis. Seems like another place that has the customer service just right, up until they’ve made the sale. Very disappointed, we can’t in good faith recommend this place to friends if their products break after 2 years and the customer has to...
