Hands down WORST Online Shopping Experience to date! First, they falsely advertise 15% off first order because when I called to ask why customer service agent says that it does not apply to all brands. I told her the brands that i was purchasing and she replied with: this "probably" isn't part of the 15% off deal. Another problem I had with this experience is that the website offer free shipping on order $90 or more, my order was over $200 yet they still charged me $19.99 for shipping. Customer service agent also ridiculed me over the phone when I asked why I am paying for shipping when my order is over $90, she told me it was what I chose, yet all the other others were $39.99 and $29.99. I simply chose the cheapest option and was told to call after placing the order for the correction. It was clearly a glitch in their system but the way the customer service agent handled the issue left me with a poor experience and I will definitely not order from this company again. Warning all future/potential online customers, hopefully they can fix the issues in their system and have more pleasant customer service representatives. Based on other comments, their IN Store customers seemed to be very pleased, so I will try that next time.
I also had to return an item. According to their website: "Paragon Sports wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging to Paragon Sports via an insured, traceable shipping service or you may return the merchandise to our retail store within 30 days from the receipt of your order."
Not only did the company charge me to return the item, they never even sent confirmation that they received the item for return. Then I called to ask if they had received the item, the person who answered the phone said she couldnt check for me and that the customer service agents were "busy". Then as she put me on hold, someone picked up the phone and intentionally dropped the call. Called back 2 more times and they picked up and dropped the call. Finally they answered me, and the only processed the return once I gave them a call.
The operations and customer service of this company needs serious help and attention. Save yourself the headache and learn from my experience. DO NOT...
Read moreI will never go back to Paragon, where shoe salesmen think they're smarter than orthopedic surgeons, what reprehensible, evil, belittling, price gouging service. The vile tall salesman in the shoe insoles section did not allow me to try on the Highest Arch insoles that I could find, recommended by my orthopedic doctor. He grabbed the insoles (called: 'Super feet adapt run max') out of my hand and lied about them being for flat-footed people and scoldingly asked why I didn't listen to him about buying the ones that he recommended for my feet. Then he asked me my name repeatedly even though it was completely irrelevant and he evidently didn't care what it was. Terrible listener and didn't even try to understand what I needed and essentially kicked me out of the store because I didn't purchase the item he wanted to sell. Everyone, it's advisable to take heed, if you get the super aggressive, in your face, impulsive, gaslighting, abusive salesman who disregards what you say, lies to you, doesn't let you look at products you inquire about, doesn't have any concern for what's best for your feet, talks down to you, bullies you to force a very quick sale only on the items he wants to sell, please do yourself a huge favor and walk out immediately, this place does not deserve your time or money for the abuse you'll get. I'm so glad I went to REI afterwards and bought the insoles that I needed and they were $20 less for the exact same product, what a huge beautiful place, they have so much more, with lower prices and provide heavenly, amazing, informative, empowering service, it's my new go-to place! My arches feel so much better now in the 'Superfeet adapt run max' with their deeper heel cup and higher arch profile than 'Superfeet adapt run', these cushioned insoles help disperse impact from the ground to minimize the stress and strain that can lead to conditions like plantar fasciitis. Read moreIf I could give them zero stars I would!!!. I ordered a coat in Thursday. I called the store on Friday just to make sure everything was good to go, the emails stated two day shipping. I was told on Friday that MY ORDER DID NOT SHIP YET. I was slightly concerned but let it go. I was told by an employee that due to the holiday I should receive my coat on Tuesday. Something told me to call because I still haven’t received a email or anything as such about my tracking info, I received an error message when I tried to track my package when I tried. I allowed the weekend to go by hopefully received a email or as such. THIS COMPANY IS OPEN ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS . NO ONE DID NOT INFORM ME ABOUT MY COAT. Monday morning I proceeded to call. I was connected with someone about my order and I was hung up on. (not sure why) proceeded to call back and spoke to a different person as I informed her about my order number. she tells me oh we just sent you an email 11 MINUTES AGO about your order, it’s sold out! OH AND YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT 3-5 for your money back. THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! When I CALLED ON FRIDAY (the next day after I ordered my coat) WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED THAT THE COAT WAS SOLD OUT, HAVING THE Anticipaton that would I would receive my called after I ordered 2 day shipping.
