Dr. Qinghong Huang, MD — Local services in New York

When I started going to this facility I've seen they had a good rating. I'm pleased with dr. Huang although sometimes when she talk you cant hardly catch the word shes saying. I knw one of the reception is frm my previous dr. Shes nice even in the phone.but the other receptionist who is dealing with medical records or assistants shes such a "Rude". Person to begin with, shes nice in front of you but on the phone, you're telling her something without saying, pls hold, excuse jst one sec. No manners what so ever.sometime she put you on hold without saying anything and never get back to you, the next thing the phone cut off. What kind of people worked in this facility, very unprofessional. Never deal with people like her, I guess now and days hardly you can find people who loves what they do. I understand how stressful it is to be in the front desk but that's not an excused to be rude to the patient specially if is emergency that you need the dr.for a person to tell you "it is not my job to give u what ur asking". But it is your job to give messages to the dr. Its a shame when I have an appointment to them there's the time that I caught her in the act give a dirty or rolling eye on the patient, it's not like no one is there. Well I think I've said enough but I'm only giving this comment coz of my experience to dr. Huang assistant, I'm sure some people out there have the same experience...

I came in today because of a recommendation. And regular check up. Dr. She seems nice, but one of her receptionists , I believe her name is Amy...fails to ask for my information properly and fails to mention a consultation fee, only took my ID and I didn’t even sign any paperwork as a first time patient. When I consistently asked if it’s within network and she states yes... I understand that there’s deductibles and fees. Although, I never ever had to pay for initial visit because that’s covered as long as it’s within network. The service was just terrible, long wait time. Lack of information and very dismissive receptionists. I wouldn’t trust them if I were you. I’m still waiting for an invoice that I requested the second I left after initially being told no I can’t send you an invoice. Which is very suspicious because In every facilities I’ve been to will send me an invoice right away without a request. So they’re very shady, rude and...

I have been there every year for my yearly physical. Dr Huang is very compassionate and a pleasure to deal with but in order to get to Dr Huang...you have to get through one of her rude receptionists... Aimee. SHE IS VERY RUDE. You ask her politely for something and she rolls her eyes at you. I asked her for a paper clip and she takes one and slams it on the counter. Dr Huang asked her to email copies of my yearly physical and she says ok and never does it. I had to call up 2 days later and states “she is busy” and still has not sent it. The only reason I give 1 star is because I cannot give 0. This rating has nothing to do with Dr Huang because she is a phenomenal Dr. but it’s based on my overall experience.
