I have been coming to this place for years. They are very affordable and provide great service. The multi-step facial includes extraction and they really make sure to clean the face. The staff is also super friendly. One of my complaints would be that not all staff do a thorough job. Some really take the time to help you glow while others do a more lazy job and the results aren’t as good. If I could they would get - 0 star rating! The worst place for a facial. Customer service is poor and all they try to do is upsell. Going for facial should be relaxing but you have people talking loud on their cell phones, you have workers trying to upsell and than they are not even that clean. Also, note if your not Asian they totally treat you crappy. I purchased 3 facials packages from groupon for my daughter, myself and sister and when we arrived we were ignored for 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. I wouldn't go here again for free!
