Should be 0 stars. Every time my doctor calls in a prescription they do not have it in stock and then it takes days to get it. This has never happened at any other pharmacy. Usually, they can order it for the next day.
They have have called me three or four times for the same prescription saying they do not have my insurance information. This has happened several times and everytime they then apologize that they do have it.
One time I went in to pick up a prescription and they told me the cost was $50 with my insurance. I said I have never paid more than a few dollars for the medication in seven years at other pharmacies. Ten minutes later I was told they can get the cost down to $3.
I understand they want to earn profits. The way to do that is not to have poor customer service, untrained staff, out of stock prescriptions etc
They have a policy where the staff takes a lunch break for an hour everyday and no one is available. In any of the other pharmacies in the neighbors this would never happen. Yes, workers deserve lunch breaks, to be paid well and treated with dignity. Rather than closing in the middle of the afternoon they need to hire enough staff, train them and pay them more money.
I am a certified local guide and almost never give a bad review. I respect workers and know dealing with the public can be difficult. However, this store is beyond the pale and I refuse to ever again send a prescription to this store. Management just does not care and they take the customers for granted.
Many of the workers have been so kind and caring however, when you are pressured to work in horrendous conditions it is bad...

I had an unfortunate experience with security at this store recently that initially left me quite frustrated. After feeling like I was being followed while shopping despite being a regular customer, I confronted both security and management in a way that wasn't my best moment.
After taking some time to cool down and organizing my thoughts (with some help from an AI writing assistant to edit my frustrations into something more constructive), I went back to speak with the manager. We had a productive conversation where I explained my perspective as a loyal customer, and she clarified that there was no intention to be demeaning. She listened to my concerns about how security approaches regular shoppers.
I also apologized for my initial reaction, which wasn't as composed as it could have been. The manager was very understanding, and we ended on good terms with no bad blood between us. I appreciated her willingness to listen and discuss the situation professionally.
On a positive note, I have to commend the store for their excellent stocking lately. They've consistently had all the items I need at great prices - it's truly a money saver's dream! Their selection and pricing are why I continue to shop here regularly.
Overall, I'm pleased we could work through this misunderstanding, and I'll continue to support this business. Sometimes a calm conversation is all that's needed to resolve...
Read moreThe pharmacy is the equivalent of a trash can on fire. They take days to fill a prescription, and like other reviewers said, I'm convinced they don't fill it unless you call or go there in person to ask about it.
I was on hold for 45 minutes once to check on a prescription sent two days prior and they hung up on me. I called again on my way into the pharmacy, and I saw them hang up the call in front of me. Unbelievable.
The pharmacist then said my medicine would be ready in 15 minutes; 45 minutes later, they said 15 minutes again. The pharmacy is closed on random days; I'm assuming it's so mismanaged that employees constantly quit or call out.
I once overheard a woman with a respiratory disorder complain that it's been a week since the pharmacy promised to fill her medication and that she could no longer go a day without it. Decide for yourself whether it's worth your time and energy going...
