If I could rate this spot zero stars.... I immediately would... I heard the bagels and soup are really delicious and fresh... but thats if they can get the order right. Not only that... its not even the workers that are the problem. It's the owner... I get here first thing in the morning for a simple everything bagel with cream cheese on the side... they give a bagel with cream cheese... I told the owner at the register that the order was wrong, which clearly triggered her.... she rudely said "bagel with cream cheese on the side is extra" which is ridiculous but I didn't care, i said okay "I'll pay the cream cheese on the side extra no problem" rudely saying you're gonna have to wait on the side and yelling at the workers that they messed up the order infront of all the other clients. After waiting almost 35 minutes she started being really rude and giving attitude for correcting the order...she blamed me for making a complicated order... do you really think I'm gonna wanna feel comfortable eating food here after ordering a simple everything bagel with cream cheese on the side and being treated like that... just told her... Just give me my money back. She didn't even give the right amount back and on top of that she said "I hope to never see you here again".... never going back to this place. Don't waste you're money on a disgusting owner like this... the bagels may be fresh but the quality of the bagel is not worth the stress and negative energy this lady gives off first thing in the morning. Absolutely disgusted from how bad the owner is, makes me feel sorry for the workers that have to put up...

We visited this place for breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations. The portion sizes were generous considering the price. We got two BLTs with cheese and added turkey. I can’t lie, I was ready for bed after we ate. We got one BLT on a wrap and the other on a plain bagel. The bagels here are freshly baked daily and have a warm, soft interior with a delightful crisp exterior. Every bite was packed.

As for the food, I’ve dined here a few times and never had any disappointing experiences. They have a well-rounded menu and a variety of drinks to choose from. Additionally, they offer some delectable baked goods and fresh juices at the counter.

If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a bite.

For few years it was one of our spots. But since some time things start to become worse and worse. There is some things that you still can buy but they so much overpriced that all positivity is gone after bill payed. Food quality is low, pastry not fresh, prices way high, place is dirty. The only thing to buy coffee and bagels but stuffed bagels cost like used car. Bagel with chicken salad with tomato and lettuce 12$. Bagel 1.5$, with cream cheese 2.5$ and with scallion and cream cheese 5$. 2.5$ for green onions? Seriously? I was coming here by inertia but today they put big spot for me on this place. Hot coffee the only thing will buy from here. I live pretty far and was coming specially for them but not any more. Luckily we have few other locations which are not discounted us.😕 Also want to mention the owner old lady, she is not as good as it can seem to you from beginning. I met her in other random location and she was very rude treating me as a trash. This is her nature I think as all so far successful people are. After looking at her you’ll notice that she can wipe garbage, pick up trash, clean the floor and then touch your food. She picked fallen tissues and put them on customers...
