Pasture Burger — Restaurant in New York

Okay my husband and I have always came here to enjoy a burger no prombles always made to perfection. We have not eaten here for a while so we decided to go back and my husband orders a salmon burger and waits 30 mins for his food a guy comes in after him and orders a salmon burger and he gets his order in no time. Okay so my husband finally gets his food and sees that the buger he ordered is not what he order so he asked what happened he ordered a salmon burger paid 32 bucks for both of our food and to be told that they have no more salmon burgers.The guy that came after my husband took his order. The order we had had tasted like they littery poured an entire bottle of salt on the buger sorry I would not be back this makes no sence the staff they had before they where really good cooks and extremely good at their job. Go with the young Indian guy with glasses he really hooks your food up. THE PLACE IS GOOD IT IS JUST THE NEW STAFF THAT THEY HIRED THEY ARE NOT REALLY UP TO SPEED.I attempted to go to to this place again and Once again they failed in a lack of customer service I 4 people came after me and got served before me as I soon I began to say something about this issue my order magically appears to be ready I will never be back I don't appreciate this kind of treatment and I will not stand for it today was the last day I ever spend a dime in here as a regular customer. I was ok with the wait but they told me to go outside and the place was empty! I have refused because it was cold outside! Then they told me that I have to sit down which I didn’t want to either because I sit all day at work. I stood on the said and waited for my food patiently. The fact that this place serves both the Impossible Burger and the Beyond Burger (both really amazing vegetarian burger options) is great, and the fact that they’re $10 for the burger and a side of fries is the kind of value you don’t see that often anymore. On top of that, there’s a great selection of sodas, ice cream flavors, and even kombucha on tap (you read that right!) The staff is super friendly, you can tell they care.
