You know what I think heaven is like It's taken her to get her nails done at Nails Spa and Beyond a half a block away from an apartment I recently moved to a few weeks and being greeted by the Manager with her wonderful smile, open and of course beautiful nails. You know what I think heaven is like It's leaving my 17 year old in their wonderful hands with their warm hearts who removed her from the noise outside and now making her feel the center of attention! You know what I think heaven is like It's picking my daughter up and her sparking and delighting in beautiful nails all the way to Herald Square Subway to going home thus keeping the flames in my heart burning You know what I think heaven is like It's walking down Lexington onward to and looking at Nails Spa And Beyond and seeing that wonderful hands of the manager waving hello to me And boy her nails still looking so fine! You know what I think heaven is like It's again being visited again and taking her back to Nails Spa and Beyond to get her nails done with a designer twist and leaving her in their wonderful and caring hands of her beautiful staff You know what I think heaven is like It's picking up my 17 y/o marveling at her nails and her beaming with astonishment about how beautifully her nails were looking all the way to Herald Square subway You know what I think heaven is like It's going to Nails Spa and Beyond who offers a vast number of services and a heartwarming staff ready to...

This is My second time coming here. I will only return for a pedicure by Rosie! My nails look horrible for 85 plus tax. I said to Lisa oval shape not too long for tips and dip powder acrylic, while clipping it didn’t look very short but the final result my nails look stumpy and awful. Yes my nail bed is short but isn’t this the purpose of a nail tech which is to ensure the finished product looks like real elongated nails. Lisa consistently does an unfinished job my nails were dirty from the filing behind, i had to ask her clean up my edges and the back of my nails, the owner had clean them up. She was rushing as if she had to leave doing my nails improperly while standing while I’m doing my pedicure. Only to see she finished quickly to end up folding towels. I was so uncomfortable and overly stimulated by everything going on on my feet and that stupid electric nail file which I hate only to end up with an awful job done, I do not recommend her...

I went to this nail salon and received dip powder nails. The manager was kind from the beginning but when she let another tech take over she was really rude. I was dissatisfied with the nail shape and thought it looked flat and too thick. I was afraid that it would crack prematurely (which it did after 7 days). Whenever I get dip powder it should last at least a month. As the nail tech was doing my nails I tried to voice myself but whenever I would make a comment she made me feel as if I was dumb. I stopped making comments and just let her work and she could tell that I was not happy. She made snark comments and even said “ well you shouldn’t have done 3 layers” as if I was the one doing my own nails when it was her manager from the beginning. At that moment I felt like crying because I felt like a had no control. Now days later what I feared what would happen happened. Not even a full week and my nails are already...
