I have been a blink member for years and training at this location for over a year, visiting almost daily to work out and keeping to myself. Unfortunately, I’ve had uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences with the trainers, making this gym far from a safe or welcoming space. I strongly advise anyone, especially women, to avoid signing up here.
Recently, I had a negative encounter with a trainer after moving his belongings from a machine he had left unused for over 30 minutes. When he returned, he was rude and claimed he had the right to “reserve” the equipment simply because he worked there. When I reported this to the front desk staff, they did not take any action, allowing him to continue his disrespectful behavior and occupy the equipment without using it.
To make matters worse, days later, several gym members informed me that this trainer had been speaking poorly about me and sharing my name with others. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate for someone in his position, making me feel uncomfortable and targeted.
Adding to this, another trainer I’ve never even interacted with accessed my information through the gym’s database and has repeatedly tried to follow me on social media. This invasive behavior feels like harassment, and it's deeply concerning that the gym allows such conduct.
I do not feel comfortable at this gym, and I strongly recommend others think twice before joining.
UPDATE: I’ve cancelled my blink membership and started going to another gym. They never reached out to me to have the issue resolved like they said they would so I guess management isn’t too great...

Read moreI read the fine print about cancellations and went in with a hand written letter 45 days in advance of when I was moving out of NYC (as per my plan’s cancelation policy). I was told by the employee at the counter it was fine and just come in when I wanted to cancel at the end of the summer. I double and triple checked and was assured I wouldn’t be charged at the end of the summer.
I went in last night to cancel and was charged for the next 45 days. The people working were very helpful and polite and told me that was not the case. They knew who I was talking about and said she is no longer working at the gym.
I was told there is nothing to be done as that’s the policy and I’m moving somewhere within 25 miles of another a Blink (which is an absolutely ridiculous range, no one is traveling 24 miles to go to the gym).
I’ll gladly take the review down if someone wants to talk to me and make good on what their former employee told me. This is why gyms...
