massage: i suppose massage itself was ok. This was a weird experience the more i think about it. She started walking on my back, and some other weird position where she was fully on table on top of me, definitely uncomfortable with that, maybe this is some package i don't know about, I've never experienced that before in all other massages I've gotten elsewhere. i specifically said in the beginning i wanted massage on shoulders and neck and upper back since I'm having a lot of muscular tightness. I was not expecting to be walked on lower back and buttocks, and she didn't focus on the areas i mentioned. at one point she was tickling me??! i don't think she understood me to be honest, but this should be more clearly defined or understood in the beginning, i know language may be a barrier and that's ok, but perhaps pointing to a menu to confirm service desired before starting would help. Very nice lady! Price is great, but i walked out of there with lower back pain that i didn't have before! So i don't think i will be returning. atmosphere: If you're coming to relax, this is not the spot. Although they have the lighting low, and seems clean, and some calming music on, The masseuses were talking to each other thru the thin curtains and ppls phones were ringing, the toilet was flushing, seemed like it was right next me, and on top of that i was being walked on, so i was quite not relaxed! We found this place last minute, and so glad we did! $30 for a 60 min foot massage is a great deal. My masseuse (male) was excellent. We've been in NYC the past week and walking 30k a day, so my feet were killing me. He did such a great job and I was relaxed from start to finish. After my massage, I felt like I could walk for miles!

My boyfriend's masseuse seemed good also. She did get up a couple of times to talk to customers, answer the door, etc. So I feel bad my bf didn't get the full 60 min.

If I could give a separate rating for the massage, it would definitely be a 5 star (at least for my person).

My 1 star review is mostly for their payment process. We wanted to give a 20% gratuity but didn't have enough cash on hand so we decided to do tip on card instead. They did not tell us that if you do card payment, it's $32 instead of $30. Still, we wanted to do a 20% tip. We do tip on card, but I guess the lady (the one who did my bf's massage) didn't like that. She said the tip we gave is only good for one person only. We tried explaining that it should be for both. So we gave them the remainder of the cash we had. Overall, we gave about a 35% gratuity. And she still...

The massage I got itself was excellent and the place was efficient and quiet. It was a fuuuullll body massage, head, face, hands, toes all included. The one review that was appalled that they had massaged the face - I would've been mad if they hadn't!

Service and communication were great as well! I decided to get a massage as I was just walking by and saw their $45 / 60 min offer on the sign outside. Not too good to be true!

The only negative (and why it's a 4 star review) is that the place smells a little like BO, to a distracting degree, and the bathroom was kinda dirty with paper towels on the floor. To the point where I thought I accidentally went to a happy ending place instead but then I saw the sign that said legit massages only.

I would return here if I'm in the area but would not make a special trip out of my way here, because of the smell.
