East River Housing Corporation — Local services in New York

I am living here over 15 years. Been pretty happy. It's an inexpensive place to live and the coop apartments are fantastic. Especially if you have a balcony. The views are breathtaking. Parking is not great pot the street but much easier to park on the street than anywhere else in Manhattan. After a few years you can get a spot in the parking lot and it is very cheap. Laundry services have just been upgraded with brand new machines and renovated laundry room. I take good care of the staff, porters, security and maintenance team and they treat me very nice. I have to agree with another reviewer here, the main office does have a rancid old witch answering the phones but most times you really never have to call them anyway. Like I said, the maintenance team is wonderful and always ready to help. I am only in Manhattan because of work, otherwise it is way too liberal for my taste. But my great apartment makes...
