My sister recommended we walk over this morning and order breakfast. We walked over and upon walking in, the girl at the front who was taking orders looked at us and walked away She would not make eye contact with us and was moving as if we weren't there. No hello, no please give me a second, nothing. After us waiting about 10 minutes and her greeting and seating other people who came in after us, a guy from the back came to take our orders. However, he got called to the back and didn't finish taking mine. He said he would be right back but after about 8 minutes he wasn't back. The girl, who had been avoiding the front came by so my sister says "Excuse me, do you think we could finish ordering with you?" She rolled her eyes at my sister and kept walking. We had to wait for the gentleman to come back to finish ordering. I don't know what the issue was, and why she decided we weren't worthy of being served, but it left me very uncomfortable. And after the guy was done taking our orders, we watched as she started taking orders at the front again, smiling and talking with customers. The only difference between us and the other patrons is that we were the only black people there. She was so smiley and friendly to others but acted as if we simply didn't exist and when my sister spoke to her she acted as if we inconvenienced her by even speaking to her. We placed 4 orders and each order was almost $30. But even if we were only coming in to buy 1 slice of toast, we shouldn't have been treated that way. The food was decent but I'll never be back. The 2 stars are for the guy who saw us being ignored and came from the back to take our orders,...

I really love this hidden gem! Countertop diner feel with an amazingly friendly staff and some incredible food! You can tell the chefs have put together a delicious menu and have taught their cooks how to execute them perfectly. I have gotten the chicken wrap and the turkey wrap which is my absolute favorite and always comes out cooked to perfection. They use fresh ingredients and a whole lot of TLC. Can't say enough good thinks about the people who I've met who work there. Willy always has a smile and is always so nice to everyone he interacts with. And I've seen the owner on the grill and everyone who walks in is treated like family. Definitely make this place your go-to lunch spot! They close at 5 most days! Only negative thing I could say is that it may seem a little pricey, as some things don't come with sides, but it's well worth the price as everything I've gotten has been really filling and...

Went here for breakfast early on a Sunday morning after seeing a Broadway show Saturday night. They're a busy place. I thought it was just an "order at the counter" type of place but while we were looking at the wall menu, a gentleman came up and said "Just 2?" and had us sit at a table with sit down menus.

They have amazing food and I was wondering if I could get a kebab that early and when asking if it was too early, the response was "It's never too early" which I was very happy about. They had a very efficient system and communications to keep everyone accommodated. Food was absolutely delicious. It was easy to get more coffee or anything we needed at the counter. I was very impressed with the way they stayed on top of everything. Thank you for a wonderful Sunday...

Interior design: 2/10 Customer service: 1/10 Food: 0/10 (Not even kidding) Price: 8/10 To start off, stay away from this spot at all times. I checked other reviews before going here but was still hesitant to go. We ordered the breakfast special with extra eggs. I don't know if there is any word in the dictionary to describe how flavorless the foods were. Coffee tasted like water but colored, barely warm. Eggs had absolutely no seasoning including salt and black pepper. The potatoes, God knows what they made. The pancakes did not taste like pancakes and and the syrup had no smell of syrup nor did it have any flavor. Please like the review if it was helpful 😁

Originally stopped in here for lunch. I got the bushman sandwich to go. Absolutely delicious. Very well sized portion for the price and just flavorful overall. I ended up stopping back in for breakfast last week. One of the better bacon egg and cheese sandwichs I've had in a long time. Perfectly fried egg, crispy but not dry bacon, and fresh bread. Great luncheonette with great staff, a good find for the area.
