Abrons Arts Center — Attraction in New York

Long walk from the F train  features select Visual Artist AIRspace Residency alumni, ranging from the program's first cohort in 1980 to the present. While the selection does not necessarily capture the history of the more than 40 years long program, it is worth seeing. Great little performance space. There really are no bad seats. Phenomenal customer service. Had an issue with tickets that I bought for a performance. Our row was supposed to be the front most row. However, there were chairs set up in front of our row, adding seats that were not there when we paid top dollar for front row seats. We took third, fourth, and fifth graders on an immigration field study, and this was the second part of the trip. We also went to the tenement museum. The “Layer the Walls” play at the art center was amazing. Everyone helping making it a smooth success And they were even very nice and patient when we had a student get sick in the theater.
