N Cozy Gourmet — Restaurant in New York

They CONSTANTLY make my order wrong. The food is most of the time bland and dry. I ordered home fries and they were overcooked and dry. I also ordered 3 eggs over-easy and they gave me an undercooked omelet that required me to finish cooking at home. They also gave my husband bacon and turkey bacon when he asked for bacon and sausages. Unfortunately this is the closest store to me that is open 24 hours so I rarely buy hot food at this store. It's like they give you whatever they feel...

Service and food is good. Very friendly atmosphere. However, I don't understand when I used my debit card, I was charged an extra $1.48 on my $37.00 bill.Glad I asked for receipt, I asked why? And they acted as if they had no control over this extra charge. EVERY small grocery store in LES where I purchased items, food or beverages NEVER added on a extra charge.I will only use cash, if I have no choice to patronize this store. I am going to follow-up...
