I had a very poor experience purchasing from this store, specifically around returning unwanted items. I purchased an item at the end of October and it arrived a week later. After two weeks I tried to either return or exchange the item but was told that an exchange would be out of policy given the original purchase date. I said that this was not an item that I wanted and asked for any solutions to the situation but was essentially told to pound sand. Through persevering, I ultimately exchange the item (for one of greater value) but this experience left me not wishing to purchase from this company again. By contrast, I had a similar situation at Chanel and they were happy to exchange for an item of equal or higher value.
