I would give one star however I give it two stars because Tina did a great job . That manager Jessie has a NASTY personality! She needs to learn humanity and kindness to customers instead of just being rude!!!! I asked about the regular prices because I knew it might be different. I showed the picture she told me $18, and I just wanted to know about the Regular French manicure and Regular french pedicure prices too,… However with an extra attitude: Jessie looked at me staring then tells me the prices are on the board! I wrote down the same prices in my phone but they didn’t have up there about $5 additional for French manicure or pedicure! She gets mad and then speaks a different language with the other woman. That is so rude!!! Message to Jessie, Learn to be kind to others, it’s better and just the right way to be as a person! Humble yourself, because your customers pay a lot of money to keep your business afloat!!!!

Ps ThinU and Tina get five stars for their great work doing my French manicure, pedicure, eyebrows, and for putting up working for an Autocratic Horrible Manager Jessie!!!!

Ps Stop PUSHING that gel to customers when they say they don’t want it! When I was there, a lady had to comeback from the previous day because the Gel lifted. For health reasons, I stopped using gel and bring in my Essie...

I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but after my last visit, I will not be returning. The owner, Jessie has always had an inconsistent attitude, but I continued coming because I would get serviced by the other nail techs who did a decent job.

Unfortunately, today no one else was available, and I had to be serviced by Jessie. She rushed through my nails, showed no effort in recreating the design I requested (Simple chrome) and had zero patience throughout the process. I even got cut with how rough she was filing. Nails came out trash and was already chipping off the next day.

This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be coming back. Jessie is so miserable and hates her customers. She gives attitude and rolls her eyes as soon as you walk into the salon. Save your time and money-there are other salons that actually value their customers. Bling Bling...

They always rush to do your nails 💅 and don't always have the skills to recreate the designs you show them. The owner lady has turned my designs or requests not once but twice into something she wanted to do instead! Getting frustrated 😠 and upset when I said no. Convincing, insisting to push her will into your design so she can do her own thing! Literally renegotiating the entire style I wanted in the first place!!

They do a good job on cleaning your feet so I'll definitely go there for a good pedicure since I live nearby but they'll never do my nails EVER A-GAIN! 👎 Nope, I'm not giving them my hands. This also happened to me but I've witnessed several disatisfied girls having to go back the NEXT day to fix their nails because the designs were looking so messy and they had to leave because they had somewhere else to be at! Chile... 🙄🤨😑 Nobody got time for...
