This could have been a 5 star review. These may be the best Gel-X I've ever had done, BUT: I went in for a callus removal pedicure. I was pressured into redoing my gel-x here instead of my regular salon THEN was rushed through the service. She (the lady who fully speaks English) didn't even let me clean under my nails thoroughly after she missed spots and assured me she would go in with the machine after putting the extensions on. How is that sanitary? And I'm supposed to keep these on for a month? 🚩 no clue why she would ask me if I wanted to keep my natural nails if she was just going to file them so paper thin I will have no choice but to cut them when I remove the extensions if they don't just break apart, which they probably will. I was literally growing them out so I could do just the polish on my natural nails next time. Now I will have to grow them out all over again 😡 I will be doing the soak at home because they will not be touching my nails ever again. the callus removal didn't even fully work, and I don't have severe calluses. So glad I spent $170 and 3.5 hours here 🙄 P.S. they stare at the screen as you input the tip. I tipped 20% and definitely wouldn't have if I had seen what she did to my nails. As a socially awkward person I often get nervous going to new places or getting something done for the first time. I rarely get my nails done and had a grown out gel polish manicure from a wedding a few weeks ago. I live in the area and there are a lot of nail salons nearby but I liked that Eve’s Nail has an online nail appointment portal. I requested an appointment this morning and got one at 11 am same day! The salon was clean, bright and very peaceful. The woman who removed my gel polish was thorough and gentle, and the salon definitely has good sanitation and hygiene systems in place. The best part was the arm massage! I didn’t know how much my arms needed that. I also got a regular polish application and the selection of colors was good! Worth the trip from anywhere!!! That is a total understatement!! Some nail salons do great manicures!! Some nail salons have nice people working there!! Most places don’t do both so spectacularly!! Hands down- Eve’s is the best!! They all have golden hands!! You will look beautiful, feel beautiful, and feel like a new person when you’re done at Eve’s. I am almost sixty years old. I’ve been around to many nail salons over the past four decades. Trust me, there’s no place else worth going to. Eve’s deserve TEN STARS. Five does not suffice!!
