My boyfriend ordered flowers from FromYouFlowers and they were made by Flowers by Niko. Not only were they delivered a day late, the arraignment was nothing close to what he ordered. It looks like my arrangement was thrown together in 5 minutes missing 75% of the flowers promised in the purchase. I understand not all flowers are available year round but the fact that the flower shop didn't try to substitute the missing flowers or take the time to arrange the flowers in any way blew my mind. This is a local neighborhood shop. Rather than ordering online (FTD) which can be a terrible, impersonal experience, I called the shop, resulting in a custom order made with the fresh flowers available that day in the shop (and had a great conversation too). The delivery and arrangement were 100% on time and beautifully done with care. My advice: if you're sending flowers, it's personal - do yourselves a favor and call the shop,...
