Coffee Cosina — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been a faithful customer to caffe cocina and because of that, I was giving them the chance to improve their delivery service however it seems like a constant issue. I tend to order breakfast (French toast with eggs and bacon). First issue is they tend to take an hour or so to deliver breakfast when I am 7 min away from their location, Second issue is that, for a restaurant that serves food they should know better that putting in one container together French toast with eggs and bacon, the bread will be soggy and wet which is extremely disgusting to eat. This is not the first time the French toast arrives wet, due to the lack of correct preparation in containers for the food. Last but not least, they are pricey! For two orders of breakfast… a total of more than 20 dollars to me is absurd, for the service they offer they...

Cafe Cosina! Thumbs Down.

The worst experience ever. I went in and ordered a BLT, classic and more than simple to do. I received another kind of sandwich instead. I was being overcharged for sandwich I did not order.

When I brought it up to the person in the photo, I was told I should be louder (I had to scream this out FOUR times just so I'm understood, well that didn't work).

I was told I have to take it regardless and pay the price. ANYONE can make an honest mistake and I understand as to why he might've of mistaken my order with other people's order.

But what really got me was his response to my, " I would like what I order."

"GET OUT OF HERE."

Disgusting way be in customer service. Plus the garbage on the floor. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I order 5 Bagels with Cream Cheese and They Send them all bagels with Jelly Always order and never had an issue and I call the store to get a store credit or at least remake the bagels and Lady on the phone was being Rude and denied to help As a Employee if you aren’t sure about a customers order you can always Call them to ask and she blame me for not ordering Correctly 😂 like ma’am how can you mess up a simple order of bagels with Cream cheese LOST A CUSTOMER...
