Today I went to this place for the first time. I seen it on tik tok for a 2 hour massage for the price of 99$. The foot and body massage was terrible. I had to repeat multiple times to the lady to go softer and she did not listen. She was aggressive and massaging fast. The side of my buttocks are sore. The massage was not relaxing AT ALL. I have asked to switch her 20 minutes into my body massage and they did (after the owner stepped in to check up on me and I told her I needed somebody else because the first time I mentioned they just let the lady know I wanted her to go softer but she didn’t listen she insisted on doing the same thing.)The next lady had a bad odor. A few minutes into the massage it was fine. The massage was much softer but they are DEFINITELY not trained and certified! They do whatever floats there boat when it comes to massaging the customers body. When it was time for my head massage. She had me turn my body facing up but did not cover my body properly. Both of my foots was out and arms. She kept on stopping and than go back to massaging my head! I was not sure why but I feel as if it was to touch her face or even her nose! I want to mention that my sister was with me. She had a man and she told me he was aggressive and the massage was hard and not relaxing and needing to tell him to go softer. She mentioned he would make inappropriate comments. I ask everyone to take the negative comments seriously and DO NOT give this business your money! We are human beings who work everyday for a paycheck and deserve our moneys worth. This place is not worth it. This place needs to be shutdown! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE AESTHETICS . When it was time to pay they asked my sister to TIP because she was not and yet...
Read moreI spent $125 cash (different price for credit card) total for 2 hr - 45min body, 45min head, 30min feet. I would not recommend getting more than 1 service here during peak time.
Forever Spa delivers moments of relaxation interspersed with confusion. It was hard to communicate with the workers and I think one way to solve this would be to have cards or something that had English on 1 side and Mandarin on the other side. Good cards would be "medium massage" and "bathroom break please".
It feels like going to the bathroom is an inconvenience to them but they should provide ample opportunities for this or some easy system.
Some of the massage areas are intermixed with more public areas and I think they could do a better job of denoting which areas require less garments as it is confusing. Additionally, sometimes it feels like you just get handed from person to person and area to area which really disrupts the relaxation. At one point, we had trouble communicating so a member tried to use a translation app but it really did break up the moments of zen.
Some services such as the head massage are given in different areas and you don't get to pick which area and this could lead to different experiences. If you get the head massage, they will wash your hair so ensure you are going straight home afterwards.
I went with my partner and 1 friend. My partner and I got to stay together and that was nice but we got separated from our friend. I think I would only recommend this place with a partner or friend your comfortable being less clothed around.
The public waiting area is relaxing and does have a water station and some sweet lime flavored treats.
The sound was very good...
Read moreDo NOT come here for walk-ins. This place has zero consideration for customer experience and likes to keep people in queue for next massage even if that means lying and making them wait for an absurd amount of time. Today I walked in for a foot massage and my friend for a full body massage, and they said they would have spots open for us in 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, not only did they say we still have to wait but the full body massage is no longer available and they can only do two foot massages. So we agree to this and wait for another ~10 mins. Since we were also on a time crunch, we checked in after these 10 mins and they said they would be ready in a couple minutes. Another 10 mins pass and we still have not started, so I tell the guy that we’re on a time crunch and ask if we can start within the next 5 minutes, and he says they’re getting the room ready. ANOTHER 10 mins pass and the room is still not available, so we just leave without notifying them. I have two issues with what they did. 1) I would’ve rather them just told me up front at the beginning that they weren’t certain when the next spot would be available instead of stringing along my friend and I, wasting us an entire hour and promising the room would be ready soon when that clearly is not the case. 2) Immediately understand our urgency when I explicitly stated it and maybe tell their staff to hurry up or at the very least update us when they’re experiencing delays—every single update we had to go up to them to ask rather than them checking in on us every so often. Absolutely insane behavior and says a lot about how much they value and treat...
