I really wanted to leave a good review for these people, but after the disaster of an experience I had with them, I feel the NEED to leave an unfortunate review. We went to this store in hopes to save money on quality furniture but we were better off paying full price. We gave the salesmen measurements to assure the bed frame we chose would fit through the door. However when the bed was brought to us it did NOT fit at all. They said they have a guy who can come and take it apart completely and reassemble it in the room so we agreed to pay the $250 to have that done and we were told they were coming to do this the next day. The next day comes and its 6:00 and no call, no show from them. We called a handful of times with no response from them. Finally they answer us at 7:30 and told us the guy cannot take the bed frame apart and we would have to pick a different bed. We chose a new bed because they said they do not provide refunds. They told us the new bed we chose was the same price as the other one ($1250) however when we looked it up it was selling everywhere else for $850!! When we told him about that his response was “give me a break man, our guys have to come out a second time to deliver this bed. Im not giving you any money back”.. AS IF WE DID SOMETHING WRONG????? So we let it go and were told the bed would be here in 3 days, day of delivery they told us it would come tomorrow. Then the bed comes and the delivery guys sliced the bed with the box cutter because they were not gentle at all. They refused to believe that it was there fault and told us they would bring a new one the next day. The next day comes and what do you know… they completely ghosted us!! My fiancé called and they told us it would come tomorrow. Shocker… considering this was the third time they did this to us. I also forgot to mention that the bed was warped and looked like a floor sample. The color faded in some spots and there were stains all over it !! Don’t come here unless your willing to go through this. Not everyones experience is the same but if there’s a chance of this happening to you its not worth it. AND we didnt save a dime! Other furniture stores told us they could have got us that bed for $850!!!!! We thought hey at least we paid less for it, but that was not the case they ripped us off. Disgusting customer service. Bought a pull out sectional to become a bed going in there explaining this will be a bed for two people who sleep in a living room. Guy said this choice would be great for situation. Soon as it was delivered they had to come back 2-3 times for beads coming out thousands of them all over the place , choking hazard for my baby, and then by the 3rd time a family member of the store manager came and said the people didn’t put together properly that’s why that kept happening. from basically May to now, the cushions are completely in lost their fluff and are very uncomfortable. Whole couch is not leveled so you can’t even lay on it as a bed which was the purpose for this purchase because it’s like sleeping on different levels of height. I’ve had couches for 15+ years that never did this let alone a few months. Worker over the phone told me (after me calling for weeks to have someone fix and no call backs no response to emails) that they will come take that part of the cough and will return next day for repairs. A whole day. Continuously said that’s not acceptable it’s our bed and where do they expect us to sleep and laughing and joking said they would sleep on the floor no problem as if that’s a professional response. Kept comparing our sleeping situation to a car getting fixed despite having warranty and paying additional which clearly is NOT worth it if they have to fix the same couch a handful of times in a few months.* Recorded whole conversation for anyone to hear how they respond to customers before ever buying from them. Customer service is horrible. The guy working there with the raspy voice is rude and does not know how to speak to customers or his coworkers. He just hung out with 2 men that walked in chit chatting. He questioned me about why I am taking photos of a couch, I explained to him that I want to show my family who cannot be here. He said his boss has cameras everywhere and he will be in trouble if he sees that I’m taking photos. I told him I will go somewhere else where I am able to share photos with my family. He basically accused me of doing something shady by replying “if you want prices or stuff just give me the name of the manufacturer of the piece you’re looking for and I’ll give you a price” whatever that means. I told him we don’t have anything specific in mind and I’ll just go somewhere else, he replied “have a good day”. There was also a couple there shopping, he paid them no attention. When they left he yelled and cursed at his coworker who was eating his lunch in front of his 2 friends and myself why he was letting them leave without assisting them. First time, never going there again!
