Hobby Lobby — Local services in New York

From the reviews I see the store is not kind to handicapped people, but they don't seem very nice in general! Took my elderly father here to check the store out, only 2 registers working so I went to the first (next to all the Halloween decor, strange to see in June)... apparantly, that is the return line, not that there is any indication of this... after waiting 10/15 minutes a lady in the front starts yelling at us to move registers if we don't have a return... at this point my father is very tired, we move, then the original register opens up! Thankfully the next patron, not the rude employee, let us go back to the register

Overall, extremely slow, we felt incredibly unwelcome... save yourself the trouble, go to the Michael's across the street, and order the rest of what you need from Temu.... this store is like a unnecessarily large combination of both except with Christian literature by...

As much as I enjoy shopping here my return experience was rather negative. Returned 3 items,with receipt,I had purchased to repair an item. The staff who help me choose recommend them. Opened the glue and it did not work,so I did not open the other items. Went to return line,neither the staff at register or "returns/exchanges Mgr. greeted me,smiled or made eye contact. The Mgr never smiled or made eye contact , twice stated I had opened the gloss container even though I stated I did not. She was quite unpleasant,and then called the store Mgr. Who completed my return As much as I enjoy this store for shopping,if I am not sure about the use of an item,and might have to return it,I believe I'll stick...

This location is huge and has very friendly nice staff. Some items are expensive, but when there are sales, those prices can't be beat. They have such a range of many variety arts and household items. The possibility of creativity and household items is endless. You may go in with a list and come out purchasing more. At least, that's what happens to most people. I'm not sure how that happens, but it does.

I think multiple trips are needed to explore the store and other stores nearby. Also, there are great places to eat nearby after all that shopping....
