Had a terrible experience at this smoke shop , - the owner offers deals when he’s there , I asked the little teenage boy he has working behind the counter when he isn’t there to call the owner to see if he could give me the deal he gave me before . The boy he had behind the counter was afraid to call the owner and didn’t have knowledge of customer service and started to tell me he couldn’t and he doesn’t do that I had to get it at the price they had . If you’re working for someone and they have relationships with their customer you don’t act like it’s your store when the owner isn’t there!!!!!! The boy with curly hair about in his 20s was extremely rude and ignorant I don’t know why the owner had him working there. He also had a girl with him behind the counter and the girl fanned her hand and told me to leave the store because I was asking for a deal and explaining to them to call the manager because he gave me one before they were to immature to hand the situation and escalated it because they wanted to act like the owner ! And argue with me about prices ! Keep those immature disrespectful little kids away from your store if you want to keep good service I’ve shopped from this store for over a year and will never be...
