The store is unlike any Target I've been to. Why is there a Verizon and CVS there taking up space? Both have freestanding stores on the same block. You replaced a beloved book store, but couldn't have a book section like your other locations ? Even a small one? Or music? You really should have looked at the neighborhood and thought about what we needed... Not another lame pharmacy, I can tell you that.

The Target on Austin street is tiny compared to other locations with limited but essential products. It’s really convenient and easier to reach out to when we need something in urgent. The staff was reluctant and careless so we would rather use self checkout or sometimes give up buying when we can’t find what we are looking for.

Smallest Target I have yet to see. Enter off Austin Street, then escalator or elevator or walk up. It’s like a baby Target. I don’t know why they have to squeeze into every available space. Not too much choice in any department. Dirty bathroom. But accessible ♿️. Seemed understaffed as well.

I was happy to have a target in our neighborhood but soon to found out that this small target doesn't have much stuff that I needed such as Quicker Oatmeal. I was stuck inside of the elevator with my then 14month old baby for about 10min, the fireman came and we were out safe, but apparently, the elevator needed some work. Shortly after that, the elevator was down for maybe 3 months or more, and as a mother with stroller, we received little help from the employees trying to get to the 2nd floor. Once an employee was nice to offer to store my stroller away behind the cashier registry, but most of the times, it doesn't happen. I asked an employee to store away my stroller once, but he left it wide open in a public space where everyone has access to it. When my phone was stolen from the stroller while I shop on the 2nd floor, I also received no help from the security person and little support from the employees. I was told that the security person ONLY works if someone was stealing from the store, not for the shoppers, good to know that now I don't feel safe at all shopping at this Target. I used to like Target, but now every time when I passed by it or see the word Target, it brings...

The star is for close to where I live and easy to make return of online purchase. Service is non-exist- they don't even pick up the phone or the phone just gets disconnected after you chose the option. The staff there is going through a revolving door - almost every time I"m there, I see different cashiers. They insist Target requires refunds go to different gift cards even if you make returns at the same time, so you end up with numerous gift cards. When I told them I called Target about this "policy" and was told there is no such thing, they turned a deaf ear to me. It is very environment unfriendly for so many gift cards on hand and inconvenient. One time one cashier even told me this was done to avoid money laundering. Did she think customers are stupid not to understand how money laundering works? The selection of products is very limited. Most of the times my pick up in store order don't work because of lack of products in store. The manager doesn't care about your complaints. This is encouraging employees to be rude and...

The most horrible phone service ever. I called to see if there is a specific item in stock and the woman who picked up the phone yelled into the phone. She kept saying she "can't hear me" but it wasn't because of service, apparently it was too loud there. I continued to help her understand what I need and she proceeded to say "ma'am its too loud and buys here, you need to contact a different store." I mean.....this is the closest store to me and I am in desperate need of this item and I called to see if you guys have this item....and then this woman tells me that its too loud and I need to call a different store? I think this is very unprofessional on her part, a customer was in need of some information and you deny them it because you are unable to keep up with the havoc in your store? It is also never a good experience when I go in, as well. No service on the floor.. seems like everyones hiding from their job. I don't mean to be that evil person who is leaving a bad review, but denying someone information at a store YOU work...
