Placed a big order that included several video games. Two of the games were NBA 2k16 (248 units) and NBA 2k17 (284 units) for the xbox 360. Paid around 5000 dollar for these games (9,75 dollar per unit). When selling these games we got several complaints from customers (see a few examples):
Only reads Disc Error Disc does not load and keeps erroring indicating disc cannot be read Getting "This disc is unreadable message" Other xbox games work in player. The game displays the message that the disk cannot be read. If you do happen to get into the game, it freezes up The game was all scratched up, and it should have been new. It did not work in the player.
In total around 40% of the customers that bought one of these games complaint that the game did not work for them. I requested then that I wanted to return the games but they first refused to take anything back and later offered to pay 3 dollar (30% of the value I paid) per unopened game and needed to pay the return costs myself. The amount they offered is ridiculous and even more ridiculous is that we are not allowed to return games that are opened. Off course all games that are defect will be opened because else you can not know that the gamed does not work!

Myself a retailer, ordered from Game World for 7 years with over 3 million in purchase orders. Isaac their company President just makes up rules when he sees fits and has no regard for your own business. Isaac shows no customer loyalty and threatens or even blackmails you if it benefits him. After ordering 3 million in product from him, he just tells me to go somewhere else. Their sales people ignore your emails and if you ask serious questions about their behavior, they just don't respond. When they sent an open order by mistake, Isaac threaten me with "a guy he knows can stop by" and "I'll call all your landlords and other distributors" if payment isn't sent.
