Walked in a couple days ago, I was on the hunt for the best empanadas in queens and a friend sent me there. The place is super small and busy. BUT... OMG those empanadas did not disappoint. Amazing!!! Everything you want a traditional Colombian empanada to be. Crispy on the edges and meaty on the inside. Not oily or greasy. Just perfect! I got one of each; beef, chicken, and cheese. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they forgot my aji and when I went back in to ask for it the guy told me it was in the bag.. I drove off and the aji was not in the bag :( Otherwise definitely a must try if you are in the area. I will be returning to get the full experience with that aji hopefully they don't forget...

They don't even try to help you, their response is "I don't know, or don't worry about it". They need to understand or comprehend the skill of problem solving. This happen at 4:30 today. Not only once but three times. If you are not aware what you buy they will charge you with whatever and won't even bother to resolve it. I've been coming here for years. I have eaten all types of empanadas, PR, DR, Colombian of course, Argentinian this is hands down our fave. How do you know? We live in South Brooklyn- no where near this place and we literally hop in the car and drive an hour sometimes more, just to get Chicken and their cheese empanadas. My hubby and son love the cheese ones more, I go for the chicken then cheese one. And their homemade picante (hot sauce) is excellent. Tastes like my grandma made it :) Love this hole...
