Paula the manager at the Gap Factory, in Empire Outlet is super friendly and just amazing. She actually took the time out her day to assist me with several fittings of the light puffer jacket. Which was half off yesterday, along with the 15%, (leaves coupon code). The jacket was amazing. I decided to purchase and take home a large after being very indecisive between the large and the XL. Well, It didn't stop there. I called the next day and personally requested to speak to Paula and she actually came to the phone. I informed her that I wasn't really happy with the large because of the tightness in the chest area.Therefore, she informed me that she will put aside a XL for an even exchange, until the end of day. Recientemente visité la tienda Gap Factory en Empire Outlet y mi experiencia fue mixta. Hay algunos aspectos positivos y otros que podrían mejorarse.
