I was promptly directed to the second floor in search of a winter hat. While the variety was limited, it was clear that Nordstrom Rack prioritizes quality over quantity. Each piece, including the stunning blue woven hat with a bun that I chose, stood out with its distinct style and craftsmanship.
The store, though packed with merchandise, maintained a curated feel. Everything from clothes and shoes to bags, accessories, jewelry, and beauty products echoed the theme of selective, high-quality offerings. The holiday gift section and the significant sales for the season were a delightful bonus.

Read moreBeware - staff lied to me to try convince me to sign up for a credit card! I wanted to purchase some items and the counter person offered $40 off if I signed up for a "membership card". I am new to the country so I actually didn't realise this meant credit card until after I input all my personal details and was asked to sign a form. Upon reviewing the form, I realised it was for a credit card and told the counter person that I was not going to proceed as I thought this was just a loyalty card of some sort. She said okay, press no on the machine but you still need to sign. I pushed back and she kept insisting for me to sign the form. I then read the form out loud as the form clearly stated that if I signed below, I would be signing up for a credit card. She finally gave up and processed the payment.
I am shocked that this is allowed and I would consider this highly misleading and deceptive behaviour and against consumer rights. I went again today with my family and the same lady that followed me around the store last time was watching us the entire time. Then as a person of color walks into the store she starts describing him over the earpiece to the other workers. And it’s disgusting how a women of color could go and start judging another person of color when they walk into the store.
