I've been going to Dr. Gendler for over fifteen years. She is empathetic, knowledgable, and extremely genuine. She doesn't push treatments or products unless you ask for them. She gives you her honest opinion about treatments and whether she thinks they will make a difference. I get botox and fillers and have never looked "overfilled." She is more conservative so that you look natural. I've never had any of the issues that some people complain about after getting botox. When I see her, it's like seeing a friend because of her warm personality and engaging manner. When I was diagnosed with bladder cancer, she recommended three doctors to me. She even facilitated my speaking with one of her patients who had surgery with one of the doctors she recommended. The one I chose is the most amazing doctor who I still see and who has spared my bladder! I never would have known about him if not for her. I have a delicate constitution which means I've seen my fair share of doctors in New York City and while I am grateful for the care of all, Dr. Gendler is unique. The office is run beautifully. The  staff is gracious and responsive.  I am always seen promptly upon my arrival -- that alone is remarkable.
