Generation Love — Local services in New York

Generation Love is my all time favourite store/ brand! The style is chic and contemporary. They have small sizes that fits perfectly petite little ladies like me. Just to give you an idea, I have more than 20 GL blazers of every colours and material textures! That’s not counting all the other pieces of gems that I have collected through the years. Every season I look forward to see what Roni & Audrey have reserve for us. When they have a sale, oh my, I just go crazy. I say to myself, enough spending…, but I end up adding more pieces to my collection, since I know it’s great quality and unique. I always have so many compliments.

When it comes to customer services, all I can say: it’s Outstanding! In store and on the phone.

One person in particular who stands out for me is Larry! 🥰 I was visiting NYC during Christmas time, around the same period they opened the flagship boutique on Madison. I called the store to check the hours for Sunday since I only had a window of time to shop during my fully packed holiday schedule. Larry went out of his way to arrive 1hr before opening hours so that I can see the beautiful boutique and shop. He has such a sense of style, that after knowing what I like, he suggested some more pieces that were a hit! He made my shopping experiences so enjoyable and I did splurged for myself for Christmas! 🙏😜🥰

Also to share with you how the service is so personable, Roni’s mom happened to be at the warehouse, so she brought to me the size and colours needed that was not in the store. Tee is such a sweet loving, and classy lady. She told me the story how Roni started the company. These are other reasons why I’m supporting this women owned company!
