I had the great pleasure of engaging George Ranalli Architects for planning and design services for new amenities at a historic scenic landscape park in Manhattan, and I am truly impressed with the exceptional results delivered by the firm. George Ranalli Architects showcased unparalleled expertise in creating a design for a new food services kiosk and outdoor cafe that seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics. Their innovative approach is evident in the development of an attractive and efficient kiosk structure. The design not only complements the historic charm of the park but enhances the visitor experience. What really sets them apart is their effective coordination with the NYC Parks Department and NYC Landmark Preservation Commission. Navigating the complex regulatory landscape is no small feat, and their ability to liaise with these entities demonstrates their in-depth understanding of the intricate processes involved in historic preservation and public space development. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend George Ranalli Architects for architecture services. Their commitment to excellence, innovative designs, and effective coordination make them a top choice for projects of...

The Providence Journal wrote an article about us and our new home.
“It’s like living in a work of art,” said Lawrence Kraman. “Every day you wake up and see something new.”
Kraman and his wife, Shelley, are owners of the condo in the former Callender School at 11 Willow St. in Newport, built in 1862 and restored in 1979-1981.

“Do you like modern architecture?” Boggs asked the Kramans. Oh boy, did we like it.
In fact, since we found out that George was a big fan of Frank Lloyd Wright, we would take our yearly vacations to cities that had his buildings. George made us realize that Architecture is as much an art form as paintings and sculpture. I suspect he has had that effect on everyone who...
Read moreA+++ highly recommended. Mr Ranalli made the project predictable, which is a lot to say about construction work in NYC. He holds a degree from Harvard, and is a member of AIA, following the best practices of architectural work. We've had an amazing end-to-end experience, with a lot of attention to detail and at a reasonable price. Mr Ranalli actively worked with us to keep the project within our stated budget, finding just the right contractors, engineers, expeditors, and materials. He helped us navigate the complexities of imaging and measuring the space; collecting project requirements; drafting the alteration plans; collecting packages for the co-op board, the NYC DOB, and the landmarks preservation committee; supervising contractor work; and seeing the project through sign-off.
Mr Ranalli, you delivered on every expectation we had, while maintaining an extraordinarily trustworthy...
