Was very excited to try Willow with my friend. When we got to the restaurant I excused myself to go to the restroom to wash my hands. When I came back to the table I asked my friend if the waitress came by to take the drink order and she said yes but because I was in the bathroom the order was not placed and then she never came back. When she came back she was ready to take our dinner order but I said we never placed our drink order so we had to do that at the same time when placing our food order which was a little irritating. It's nice to have your drink prior to your food so you could sip on it a little bit while having nice conversation. The cheese board was incredible!!!! I was quite disappointed with the Caesar salad. I love Caesar salads and I've had many of them at many different vegan restaurants. The dressing on this Caesar salad tasted like a weak yogurt dressing. I feel a Caesar dressing needs to shine because otherwise it's basically croutons and lettuce. It should be cheesy and garlicky and thick and delicious. The slices of Parmesan cheese were exquisite and the lettuce was incredible but the dressing was HORRIBLE! The tofu that I had with the Caesar salad was absolutely delicious! Whatever they are doing to the tofu they must keep doing !! They nailed that! The lighting in the restaurant was flickering the entire time we were there. He was so distracting and quite annoying. We just were never sure if the restaurant was making the restaurant brighter or more dim or if there was a short in the electrical wire, my friend and I kept looking at each other like what is going on? The banana pudding dessert was the BEST thing that we have ever eaten in our lives. It's seriously award-winning!!! Absolutely! Exquisite!!! The only the only thing I would say is that instead of having chunks of banana maybe have cream the banana's so that it's All the same texture sort of like a tiramisu. The whipped cream was the BEST whipped cream I have ever tasted my friend and I could not believe it!!! It was light, fluffy and divine! All in all it was a nice experience.
