Really upset with how my situation was handled. I scheduled an appointment for 9am. I live in CT so traveled in. My train was a bit late but I was still okay. I walked out of the subway but mistakenly walked in the wrong direction. It’s 90 degrees out so I course corrected immediately. They texted me at 904 asking if I was on my way. I was running and apologized saying yes I walked the wrong way as im not from this area. She proceeded to tell me if im ten minutes late they cannot see me. I walk in at 908. And I was refused service. By telling me 10 minutes I took the extra effort to run there and get there before 10 min if you had told me immediately that I wouldn’t be seen I wouldn’t have continued on my way. I understand a late policy but I suggest either changing it or sticking to your 10 minutes instead of going back on your word. I loved my spray tan from S&B - I ended up doing the monthly membership so I can remain bronzed & glowy all winter long. Truly the best complexion and not orange. I like that I can shower after ~4-5 hours for the perfect glow, but if I wanted darker can shower after 8 hours. Tan lasts about a week. I am also obsessed with their business hours bc they are open until 11pm which is a game changer. I am a loyal customer and prob won't go anywhere else 10/10 recommend.
