Terrible experience. Don't go. My son went to buy a new phone. He was kept waiting for literally close to two hours while the salesperson fiddled online and chatted with the other sales person about the CDC. When he got home, he saw that ALL of our five phones had had their plan changed. We were grandfathered into a great, inexpensive, unlimited plan and this was changed on all the phones without any conversation with my son about it. He kept asking why it was taking so long when all he wanted was to buy a new phone. He wanted to pay full price but that was messed up too. Because it took so long, when the transaction was over, the receipt was stuffed in the bag and my son ran out, late for his next appointment. I think this was all done intentionally. After spending forever on the phone a supervisor said that once the old plan was removed, there was no way for AT&T to reinstate it. Sounds like a scam to me. My son returned the phone because he did not want to do business with that store and was charged a $50...
Read moreI went into this AT&T store about a week ago to try to repair my Galaxy Note 8 screen being that it had a cracked screen. As soon as I walked in the store, they were very attentive and took very good care of me. I wasn't looking to purchase a new phone, but they offered me an amazing deal that I couldn't pass up. I was able to get the new Galaxy Note 10+ with 5G for half $500 off by trading in my Galaxy Note 8 and because I had first responder discount! These are the kind of offers you receive when you visit the store in person, because they don't offer you these offers when you are shopping online. I just wanna personally thank Rose, the manager and believe Alex as well. Very awesome, very helpful people and I thank you for offering me the awesome deal. Sorry, I didn't let you convince me into purchasing AT&T TV, but I stream my TV and I...
Read moreWhile this AT&T is probably considered a neighborhood convenience but do yourself a favor and travel elsewhere. AT&T should investigate the scamming that is going on here. The male duo that work there Richard Joyner Store Manager and Darien Berry Retail sales consultant will add numbers to your account that aren’t needed and give the impression of being professional when in reality they are all about robbing the customer.
If AT&T continues along this line with these shenanigans they won’t have any customers. Do yourself a favor take a trip so you don’t get ripped off and spend days trying to right a wrong that never should...
