I initially gave Gift a great review because I was happy with the initial result of my eye brows with the understanding that I would go back for a touch up to make them perfect. Gift was very pleasant during my initial visit but I am modifying my review to reflect my experience with trying to get a retouch on my brows. I was ready to book a second appointment but decided to cancel over Gifts request for me to pay for the service upfront with the exception of $50. This was not something I had to do during my initial visit which I showed up to on time and paid as soon as the service was done. To implement a different policy on the scheduling of my second visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I was a reliable and honest customer and I think sometimes you have to focus more on service over fees rather than allow a customer to walk away unhappy. Gift seemed more concerned over collecting a non refundable deposit over standing behind the quality of her work. It’s unfortunate but I think that poor client service which I pace a high value on.
