Honestly I love this place! It’s one of the best massages at a great price. I suggest calling ahead instead of walking in but they usually have room. It’s pretty bare bones, nothing too fancy, but i actually liked this massage better than the $150 bath house one I got recently.

Amazing people. Amazing coordinator in Lucy. And lily is amazing with her deep tissue massages. Point to your pain point and they will make sure you leave happy and content with your session. Thank you guys and always great to se you.

I love this place. So easy to get an appointment and the women all use such good pressure and are so kind. I’ve been coming here for years, my neighborhood spot. They help with my headaches and always work out the knots.

I used to think this place was worth coming back to for the massages, but after how I was treated, I’m done.

Back in September 2024, I called to book an hour massage. Lisa said no openings, then called back 10 minutes later saying she had an opening in 15 minutes. I told her I’d be there in 20, and she said “okay.” I arrive exactly 20 minutes later, only to be told she gave the spot to a walk-in. No call, no warning. I drove there for nothing. She called a week later to apologize and offered 20% off my next massage.

Fast forward to recently. I call to book — she says no openings today, call tomorrow. I call the next day — no answer. I call five more times over the next week — no answer. Thinking maybe their phone was broken, I show up in person.

Lisa is in the middle of a massage. Two customers are waiting. She sees me, turns around, and walks back into the room without saying a word. Her coworker comes out, tells me today’s booked and tomorrow “might be booked” too. Then another coworker casually drops, “She always picks up the phone unless customers did something wrong — then she blocks them.”

Excuse me? I had done nothing wrong. To test it, one of the waiting customers calls the spa number — the phone rings inside Lisa’s room. I immediately call the same number — nothing rings. That’s when it hit me: I was blacklisted and blocked without explanation.

They didn’t even try to deny it. They just walked away and ignored me.

The massages themselves might be fine, but no business should treat paying customers like this — lying, blocking calls, refusing to explain, and wasting people’s time. If this is how they “manage” their schedule, I can only imagine what else goes on...

I've been here many times. There's one person who is extremely rude and no skill. This isn't the first time this has happened. I don't usually write reviews, but this was so bad, I have to share it with everyone.

I understand that communication in English is difficult since I'm not a native speaker either, but it was so painful it gave me goosebumps. I politely asked in very simple English, "I'm sorry, please no more here. You can skip it." Then she suddenly stopped the massage and started getting angry. She told me, "Why are you complaining! Only you! If you don't like it, quit!" I was just making a request, but the massage ended up being canceled. After that, even when her coworker was working, she spoke to him loudly without any respect. That coworker was massaging my husband, and she told him, "I won't massage her anymore. I said sorry!!" Why did you start getting upset without trying to understand what I politely said, and why do you keep complaining to her coworkers, and my husband? I told her I'd ask someone else for my next appointment and asked for her name, but she absolutely refused to give it. Her fingers are thin with long nails, and her massages it doesn't hit the pressure points. I had a full massage from her before, and my body more sore for several days afterward. If you're reading this review, please be careful when making your...

Graham Spa is the BEST place in NYC to get an effective massage, it is the only spa I will go to after visiting countless spas around NYC for years. It was eye-opening to me that expensive massages I was paying for at other places were not worth it, because the techniques the masseuses use at Graham Spa are unparalleled. I'd much rather come here and get all my knots out, sometimes it gets kind of painful but that's how you know the knots will be gone. I once came here unable to bend my back and after the session, I gained full mobility again which I was shocked at how effective only 90 minutes was.

The masseuses are all very friendly, sweet, and lively ladies that make you feel like family. I love coming here because they feel like my aunties and always greet me with eagerness and happiness. They are very dedicated to helping you feel better, I recommend all of them but Lisa is especially talented! The amount of people I have referred here have all said that this was the best massage they've ever received. I...
