Maison Mono is more than a tattoo studio, a café, or an event space. It is a place where stories unfold, creativity flourishes, and human connection feels effortless. From the moment you step inside, there is a sense of purpose woven into every detail. The exposed concrete walls, the carefully selected furniture, and the thoughtfully curated exhibitions all reflect a vision that brings together art, culture, and experience in a way that feels both intentional and natural.
I came here to study at the café, to find a quiet moment of focus within the hum of creativity. I came here to make memories with friends, to share conversations over coffee, and to celebrate the little moments that matter. Whether alone or with others, Maison Mono always feels like the right place to be.
The tattoo artists here are more than skilled professionals; they are storytellers, translating emotions and personal journeys into ink with care and precision. From the moment you book your appointment to the final reveal, every step of the process is handled with warmth and attention. Whether you come for a tattoo, a coffee, or an event, the team makes you feel like you belong. Maison Mono is not just a space—it is a community.
This place is not about transactions. It is about value. Value in artistry, in conversation, and in the people who walk through its doors. It does not just host events; it fosters love, collaboration, and a deep respect for the craft. It is the kind of place that stays with you long...
Read moreMona is the best!! I got my nose pierced twice before I came to Mona. My nose piercing never healed properly even after following all the directions that previous piercers gave. It was a long process to get my nose piercing corrected (time wise), and just when I was losing hope of keeping it, I went to Mona and she took a look. Upon inspection, she explained that the angle in which my piercing was done was causing the issues and not healing properly. The jewelry I was also pierced with before was too long as well. After the hole was closed, she re-pierced my nose and now it’s completely healed with no issues! It’s been about 3 months now and I had no problems with the aftercare or the piercing itself!
Side note, I’ve had the hojicha latte (I don’t drink coffee) + their summer special with the banana and it’s so good. They partner with a local bakery for their pastries as well and I’ve had most of them and every one I tried was bomb. I saw a review saying that it was weird that piercings and coffee was done so close by but the areas are clearly separated. This space is for creatives and happens to also have a coffee shop. It is inviting and while it may look “instagram aesthetic” I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing. The people there are chill and from what I’ve seen, the staff has changed a bit due to certain...
Read moreWent here a few weeks ago and am still thinking about it. The Piercing aspect feels a bit off, considering they sell coffee. Like, here’s your latte and 4 feet away is someone getting a piercing? 😭 ??
Unfortunately, the coffee was a bit gritty. The workers also just aren’t the nicest. I’m a sweats and crocs kinda girl and I felt judged (which is truthfully hard to do considering I’m a PROUD comfort dresser!) its an “influencer spot” so if you’re not that… don’t expect any sort of smiles. And I GET it like probs not getting paid enough but it hurt my feelings when they treated the “cooler” customers soooo much better. :(
I was so disappointed and how the coffee tasted and just the atmosphere. The vibe inside also felt hostile. Looks pretty aesthetically but everything else is just too expensive. 2/5, wouldn’t go...
