The last time I went in for twists on time, they didn't start my hair until 50 minutes after my arrival- and that was only after I complained. Lisa was completely unapologetic, she was annoyed that I spoke up about the delay. It was clear they started the client before me so late that they were severely behind. Instead of apologizing or giving me a heads up that they needed me to wait an extra hour for my appointment, no one addressed the protracted wait time at all, which was unprofessional. I had a doctor's appointment scheduled afterward, and they made me very late and if anything they were irritated that I had expected to be taken on time. Never went back, and never will....
