So my experience started negatively. I purchased a chain from the website waited the processing days and the shipping, when the item arrived, it was the wrong chain I called the number quite disappointed, at first they denied there was an issue on there end until I showed them how their website had three items listed incorrectly. They offered me a $50 back Or a shipping label to return the item. At this point I was getting heated. I Asked to speak with a higher up. The owner got on the phone with me and we ended up conversing for about 20 minutes he was very personable and apologetic about the error on the website he then proceeded to tell me he was going to find the correct chain exactly how I wanted even if it wasnāt in their inventory and he had to personally get it himself, but asked to give him some time. He called back the next day with the correct chain but in a slightly different size, charged me his cost of the difference (which was fair given the situation heās not making money at this point) Understandably there margins arenāt as high as a regular brick and mortar jeweler, so I paid, sent the wrong chain back and he shipped the new chain over night. Fortunately for me, my luck is greater than my sense of direction.I was immediately greeted by Arthur who asked me what I was looking for. Arthur kindly offered me a drink and politely requested I wait a few minutes so he can try to locate what I was looking for. While anxiously waiting for his return, I seen multiple customers coming and going with smiles. Employees were coming in and out also smiling and personable. This type of environment immediately eased my nerves on what type of business I was dealing with. Arthur returned and not only found the watch I was seeking, but provided me with another watch but a different model (newer version). At no point did I feel rushed, overwhelmed or pressured into making a decision. Arthur and his team were straight chill and patient. After a back and forth of counter offers that lasted literally 10 seconds, I ended up with the watch I was seeking, . After the purchase, I texted Arthur some questions in which he immediately responded via text and a phone call. Thank you Arthur and team for getting me my 2018 Rolex Explorer II 216...

To try on and to get educated. I was looking for a watch I could wear daily and hand down as a family heirloom. I had been chatting on their site and a few texts with the salespeople at OMI for a couple weeks. I let them know I was coming however they didnt ask me when or if I wanted an appointment. I go the impression of little interest from whom ever I was chatting with. The only person whos name I can recall is Anthony. So I arrived unannounced, just dropped in. The salesman who helped me treated me with no respect, he had very little time for me. I had screenshot the watches I saw on their website to show him as well as product # however he had no interest in seeing them. I felt like me 6K sale was peenies to him. I am very disappointed with my experience at Omi. There website is very nice, Ill give them that. Their customer service was terrible.
