I had THE WORST experience ever with an “agent” in this agency. Her name is Marcia Collier and she told us she was very close to the owner of the apartment we were very interested in. That makes us think she was personally hand picking the people who would rent the apartment. We did everything we could to rent this apartment, invested money and time and it was a complete nightmare. She lasted days without answering any email messages we sent and the ones she replied were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We feel very sorry about her attitude because it makes us think she was ignoring us because we’re a Latino family.
