Pee Dee Steak House — Restaurant in New York

I usually get deliveries at my home from Pee Dees -125th st. No problem. Today they got my order wrong and when I called to inform them so they could correct it, the person named William, was very disrespectful. When I told him I didn’t ask for bbq sauce on my two half chickens, he told me I didn’t say no sauce. I told him if that was the case, why did you put any sauce? He told me I needed to wake up and give him the right order. I was NEVER sleep. He put me on hold for.a long time then came back and asked me what I wanted. I said to correct my order. He continued to say I didn’t ask him for sauce. So I said I’m bringing the food back and I want my money back. He said yeah. That was a problem for me because I gave the delivery guy a $10 tip. And Now I had to get up from my comfort zone, take the food back and he didn’t even give me my tip back. When I came into the restaurant he, William was still very nasty. He just went in the draw, as I explained my situation to another worker, and just gave me my $54 back ( minus the tip ). I asked his name and said I will inform your boss on how you treat your customers and will not be buying any more food from that Pee Dees Restaurant. The food is delicious but the service isn't. We order today at my job the food took over an hour to come and when it did we were missing things in the order. The guy who picks up the phone sounded very annoyed and when the delivery guy came back to bring us the food they forgot to put in the order he flat out asked us for a tip which we would have not minded but keep in mind you took over an hr and forgot food which caused us to be late coming back from lunch. so no your not getting a tip his response was for us not to order from them no more because hes not coming here. i will be taking it further and going to the restaurant to speak to a manager. This restaurant really reminds me of Tad’s Steak which was so popular on the past. This restaurant style was just like it. You pick your steak and they make it right there and you get it to choose your sides, drinks and/or desserts. It was exciting to find this place. Food was disappointing though. Steak got cold super fast and just tasted like cold fat. The corn had no flavor and tasted like it has been sitting there for weeks, couldn’t eat it. The salad had way too much dressing on it.
